This policy explains what information Uniq Shiksha collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Uniq Shiksha is a digital marketing training institute at 314L, Second Floor, Model Town (above Ujjivan Bank), Karnal, Haryana, India.
The short version: we collect your name, phone number and preferred batch timing so we can call you about a demo class. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the people who run our courses.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name — so we know who we're speaking to.
- Your phone number — so we can call or message you about your demo class.
- Your preferred batch timing — so we can suggest a slot that suits you.
- Basic technical information — the page you arrived on and, if you came from an advertisement, an identifier that tells us which ad brought you here. We use this only to understand which of our adverts are working.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any payment card details, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the free demo class you asked for.
- To answer your questions about our courses, fees and batch timings.
- To measure how well our advertising works, so we don't waste money on ads that don't help anyone.
We contact you because you asked us to by submitting the form. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us on the call or message us and we'll stop.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet that only our staff can open, and a copy is emailed to our team so we can respond quickly. Access is limited to the people who handle admissions.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and similar technologies from the following services, depending on how you reached us:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the page.
- Google Ads — to record when an advert leads to an enquiry.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure our Instagram and Facebook adverts and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so won't stop you using this site or booking a demo class. You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your details are visible only to Uniq Shiksha staff and to the service providers that host our tools — principally Google, whose services store the enquiry. The advertising platforms named above receive anonymous measurement signals, not your name or phone number.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as they're useful for admissions and our own records, and we delete them when they are not. If you'd like us to delete your details sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong, or
- delete your details from our records.

Children
Our courses are intended for people who have completed Class 12. If a student under 18 wishes to enrol, we ask that a parent or guardian be involved in the enquiry.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
